Silent and budget rooms with a fridge, central heating, and satellite TV. Superfriendly and really friendly personnel, exceptionally comfortable bed. Great service throughout. Pool bar and great pool.

We ate at a beautiful restaurant for dinner.

Great service was provided. The location was unbeatable, close to Archaeological Museum of Thera. You could walk to a market and a local bakery.

This hotel is great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure that guests have everything they need. The location is perfect, being really close to the main area of Santorini and within walking distance of Fira city center. The rooms on the back terrace offer a quieter stay, and having a balcony is a nice bonus.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Santorini. the location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of everything. From there, it was so easy to explore the island with regular buses available at the nearby bus station. The staff were amazing, always attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were comfortable, with nice air con and a balcony to relax on. The hotel also provided fresh towels daily, which was a nice touch. And the best part was that the price included breakfast, which was a great way to start the day.

Everything was great, no improvements needed.

Close to fira center.

The staff. Always feels like they act like you re only a tourrist. The hotel asked me to pay in cash saying I can only pay in cash (because better for them). I had to ask if I can using a visa card. They first gave us a shitty room with no view or a view on the swimmingpool of another hotel.. We had to ask to change room. The air conditionnal is not very efficient so taugh nights. But nice location. Breakfast disgusting.

Mrs Haroulla and her staff were very friendly and made you feel very comfortable. Excellent location near the city center. Nice room with sea view. We had a really time there and when we go back to Santorini, we will possibly stay at New Haroulla again.

The swimming pool at New Haroula is definitely a highlight. It's large, deep, and very clean, providing a refreshing escape from the Santorini heat. The rooms were also nicely maintained and spacious, with a balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel's location was a major plus, just a short five-minute walk from the center of Fira, but far enough to avoid the noise. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location, clean rooms, and fabulous swimming pool.

The pool area is great & the breakfast is good too.

The stay here was relaxing, greatly enjoyed the hotel, it was clean with marvellous and perfect location short walk to the main bus stop in Fira, the Fira cliffs and main part of town and the centre of Santorini. The staff was respectful, some of them especially.

Ordered breakfast, it was fairly basic, it should be way much better, really.
